I was in a really stressful situation after losing the keys to three bedrooms and two cars, but he handled everything so calmly and professionally. After searching for my lost car key for a long time I finally gave up. I had a spare key that opened and locked my car but didn't start the engine which was useless so the first company I got in touch with was Lost Key NZ, Taufik came and worked his magic, gave me a brand new key and got my car running! He was speedy, polite and had a very friendly attitude and vibe. My key costed around $430-$437 but I didn't have enough money on me. He was kind enough to let me go for $400. This guy came and helped us in less than 10 minutes from us sending through the money. Great service and got back in our car within 2 minutes of him arriving hahaha This was all after waiting nearly 3 hours with AMI sending and cancelling and rerouting technicians. Taufik & his colleague are our heroes. Our 18 month year old was locked in her room after a malfunctioning door handle broke and we couldn’t enter.
