Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! The whole process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. Taufik was professional, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way.
The customer service was exceptional—he genuinely cared about making the experience as smooth as possible, and nothing was too much trouble. It’s rare to find a company that combines efficiency with such a personal touch. He also helped me feel less angry at my partner for losing my key! 😆
I couldn’t recommend Taufik highly enough. If you’re ever in need of a replacement car key, this is the company to use. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy!

Big shout out to Taufik from Lost Key NZ.
I contacted him today to help with a replacement key for one of our pharmacy vehicles. He sorted the insurance side of things for me, came out to our pharmacy the same day, and had everything sorted quickly and professionally.
What really impressed me was that we only asked for one replacement key, but he ended up providing us with an extra key as well as a central locking remote, and didn’t charge us anything extra for either.
It’s rare these days to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers. Taufik was friendly, easy to deal with, and made the whole process completely hassle-free.
If you’re looking for an automotive locksmith in Auckland, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Taufik and Lost Key NZ.
Thanks again, Taufik – really appreciate the excellent service.

I had an amazing experience with Lost Key NZ – Onsite Locksmith Services. I was in a really stressful situation after losing the keys to three bedrooms and two cars, but he handled everything so calmly and professionally.
He arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and managed to unlock everything without any damage at all. You can really tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work.
What stood out the most was how reliable and respectful he was throughout the whole process. Being a one-man business, his dedication and effort really show.
Highly recommend his services to anyone who needs a trustworthy and skilled locksmith. Definitely someone you can count on!☝🏻🤎

After searching for my lost car key for a long time I finally gave up. I had a spare key that opened and locked my car but didn't start the engine which was useless so the first company I got in touch with was Lost Key NZ, Taufik came and worked his magic, gave me a brand new key and got my car running! He was speedy, polite and had a very friendly attitude and vibe. My key costed around $430-$437 but I didn't have enough money on me. He was kind enough to let me go for $400. My vehicle is to get me and my children from A to B, I don't get very much money so the small one time discount meant a lot. Thank you Taufik!

I was given an arrival time, received a text to let me know he was on his way, and he called when he arrived. The service was very quick, professional and hassle-free, and the price was great too.
Thank you so much, Taufik, for your excellent service. Highly recommend!

Taufik was very helpful, professional and flexible.
What started off as a small job (cutting a key) turned out to be a mission and a half.
We had no keys for Taufik to work with.
Despite a few obstacles along the way, Taufik remained optimistic and was able to deliver great service. Communication was great, so I knew exactly what the next steps were. From no keys to now having two keys ready to go!
I’d highly recommend Lost Key NZ.
Thank you
